7 days has passed. Tomorrow, a new week will start.

today i'm going to write a few tips on How To Live from Matt Haig's Reasons To Stay Alive.

(just as a reminder):

1. Wherever you are, at any moment, try and find something beautiful. A face, a line out of a poem, the clouds out of a window, some grafitti, a wind fram. Beauty cleans the mind.

2. Shower before noon.

3. Sit down. Lie down. Be still. Do nothing. Observe. Listen to your mind. Let it do what it does without judging it. Let it go, like the Snow Queen in Frozen.

4. Read a book without thinking about finishing it. just read it. Enjoy every word, sentence, and paragraph. Dont wish for it to end, or for it to never end. 

5. Three in the morning is never the time to try and sort out your life.

Wasnt really planning on going on an "adventure" that day. We just took the bus and went to see this Fort nearby. It was a sunny day so why not. TURNS OUT there's something wrong with the Bus station so we have to walk, correction, climb. Like i said, i was not planning this whole healthy adventure stuff and on that day i happened to not wore a sneakers or something convinient for climbing. 

The view was great, a lot of green stuffs and old bricks, it calms me.
